Metal Shackles are the most commonly used to connect chains or ropes. They can be used in towing, anchor lines, dock lines, and more. Shackles are classified by shape, material, size, and working load limit. There are many types of shackles and different shackle shapes are used over others for various reasons. Our line of shackles is made from type 316 Stainless Steel, considered by many to be best in class. 316 stainless is corrosion resistant and very durable even in the harshest conditions.

316 Stainless is often call “Surgical Steel”, as it is the go to grade in Food Handling and Medicine Marine Grade Stainless Ideal for marine use, diving, and chemically harsh environments.
